Let's get this right...

Bonjour,
As you might be able to tell that this blog was set up for my Alevel course in photography...but i kind of gave up on it. BUT....from nowit has become personal blog of my "photography" without the presure of schoolyness and analysing it all (that can stay in my sketch book), even tho most of my alevel work will be posted on here. so yeah, just simply my pictures random thoughts, and poor grammar/spelling =]

Task 2: Portraying a person of importance

My mum has always been a loving and caring person. She is devoted to our family, either being there to listen to our rants or putting us back in our places.

Fostering babies is just an excuse for my mum to feed her addiction of pushchairs. I remember her speaking highly of her silver-cross pram, that she had when my brother and I were little. Regrettably sold for £50...she's not a hoarder.

There aren't many pictures of my mum when she was little, due to a flood in her parents garage. So memories of when she was little are of increased value. One of which was when she was a bridesmaid for the first time. The dress stayed in her wardrobe a long time afters... must have been very special.

She also has a knack for killing flowers...but shes getting better...

The existing picture made me think about how when we are younger we are protected by our family and lack of understanding, from the "scary real" world.

But when we are older we become exposed and vunerable to the world. Do our styles and makeup create a new protection, to defend who we really are?
